Membership Details:
- This membership special is an automated monthly electronic fund transfer (eft), which occurs on the 17th of each month. Payment is not to be made at the gym as we have a third party billing company that handles all future recurring transactions.
- You may cancel anytime and for any reason by providing written notice at least 10 days before the next billing date.
- Your monthly membership dues must be paid via MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. You may use a bank debit card, provided it bears the logo of one of these 3 credit card companies on the front of it.
- When you join, you will be charged the enrollment fee, plus a prorated monthly membership fee. Since all memberships are drafted on the 17th of each month, you will be paying the prorate for the period of time between your join date and the 17th.
When you join online, you will be asked to check a box that indicates that you reviewed the EFT Authorization Agreement, which you will find below:
EFT Authorization Agreement:
AUTHORIZATION. I authorize my credit card company (or bank) to make monthly membership payments from my account on the 17th of each month. This is for payment of a fitness membership for myself and anyone listed on my account.
CANCELLATION. I understand that I may cancel this agreement anytime by providing written notice at least 10 days prior to my next scheduled monthly draft date.
DEFAULT. You will be in default if you breach any of this agreement’s terms or conditions, or if you fail to pay any installment within 15 days after the date it is due. Revoking payment authorization through your bank or cancelling your credit / debit card without first providing us with new information is considered Default. If you are in Default, your membership will be cancelled and any enrollment fees paid will be forfeited.
FREEZING OF MEMBERSHIP. Member may freeze his or her membership for a period of up to 3 (three) months for any reason. Member may freeze membership only once per year, and must do so by completing the Membership Freeze Form, which is available at the club or you may download a copy of it here.
CREDIT CARD CHANGES. Member must contact us immediately with any changes in your credit or debit card – including providing us with an updated expiration date if applicable. A Credit Card Information Update Form is available at the club.
